Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong color, or dissatisfaction with product size or feel.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Request Deadline

  • You must submit a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • After 7 days, all sales are final.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@babygem.store with your order number and detailed reason for return.

  • Returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping costs (to or from the customer) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. You may request a refund for defective products only.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Claims for damaged or defective products must include clear photo or video evidence.

  • If damage occurred during transit, we will handle the replacement directly with the carrier.
