1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong color, or dissatisfaction with product size or feel.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
 
2. Return Request Deadline

You must submit a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

After 7 days, all sales are final.
 
3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@babygem.store with your order number and detailed reason for return.

Returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
 
4. Shipping Costs
- 
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
 - 
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
 
5. Refunds
- 
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
 - 
Shipping costs (to or from the customer) are non-refundable.
 
6. Exchanges
- 
We do not offer exchanges. You may request a refund for defective products only.
 
7. Damaged or Defective Products
- 
Claims for damaged or defective products must include clear photo or video evidence.
 - 
If damage occurred during transit, we will handle the replacement directly with the carrier.
